The dome itself is amazing, we saw the Aurora 5 times! The place was clean and cosy

We had tried to book the igloo with the bathroom attached, but unfortunately they were out of order, so once we'd accepted it was going to be a walk to the toilet in the middle of the night, and that we were effectively camping, we just got on with it! The location of the igloos was incredible, and they feel really private - especially if you close the curtains. The shower/toilet facilities were excellent - the products provided were the same as the 5* hotel we had stayed in the night before. There was plenty of heating and electric blankets to keep us warm in the igloo. However, this whole experience is about the weather. If you are lucky enough to get a clear sky and see the stars and perhaps the northern lights, this would be a once in a lifetime stay....we weren't lucky, so it just felt like camping in a cloudy field! But you can't control the weather - so it is what it is!

The igloos are a unique selling point and provide a view for the northern lights. The beds were comfy and the shared facilities clean and tidy. The coffee machine was very needed addition for a hot drink in the cold weather and the heated mattress topper was much needed and worked a treat.

Absolutely stunning!! Endless landscapes & beautiful skies to see. We unfortunately did not see the Aurora, but still had an amazing time here. Great shower facilities & hot drinks that were much needed on arrival after a day of adventures.

I was amazed how warm the igloo was and it was lovely and quiet. We saw the northern lights all through the night which was amazing. Great views. Coffee machine was great and communal facilities were fine.

What an experience! We arrived in Hella and parked up after a tricky journey, I wasn't sure what to expect. We could see the igloos lit up and looking cosy. The keys were in the cabin for us to collect. The igloo was lovely and warm. The beds had heated mattress options to suit our needs. We were really lucky that as we were settling down for the night we saw the northern lights and were able to watch these from the igloo for a long time! We popped out to the cabin and helped ourselves to the best hot chocolate I've tasted! In the morning we had the lovely sunrise to watch as check out wasn't until 11am, with beautiful pinks and purples in the sky. On our way to the igloos we had some bad weather which caused us to have to re-route. The communication was great with the hosts and they shared useful information for us to have a safe journey. Absolutely fab experience!!!! This was the best way to celebrate my 40th birthday! I would highly recommend it.

Gorgeous location, the igloos were warm and cozy, the bedding and decor inside was simple. The igloos were a good size and afforded enough privacy. We saw the Aurora lights twice, and there were horses that you could see off into the distance too.
