Hotel Overview

This 4-star hotel has a spectacular location on a hill directly overlooking Heidelberg Castle. It offers a panoramic terrace, free internet access and free on-site parking.
All rooms at the Hotel Molkenkurs feature a TV. Some rooms have a view of the Neckar Valley towards Mannheim.
A breakfast buffet is available at the Hotel Molkenkur. The stylish Molkenkur Café serves homemade cakes.
The Molkenkur can be reached via the mountain railway, and is also just a 5-minute drive from Heidelberg’s Old Town.

The hotel is ok, but it left much to be desired. While the staff was rather indifferent, they did inform us about a discount on the funicular if you mention you’re staying at this hotel, which was a helpful tip.

friendly staff and wonderful location. They let us check in early. plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable with a superb view.
