We are all about cleanliness, and Rafael Hotel did not disappoint. The beds and shower was also amazing. Support staff helpful and friendly too.

The hotel is run by very professional and friendly staff who were willing to even adapt my booking to suit changes in my schedule. It is ideally situated with easy access to the old city, and University Hospital. In a quiet area with good restaurant's and public transport. Easy accessible parking in close proximity to the hotel. Modern spacious rooms and lounge areas to just sit and enjoy a bottle of wine or work. Highly recommended!!

Close to the city center and across the hotel were bars and bakeries. and a little down were restaurants - fantastic Pakistani cuisine at Mughal restaurant and delucious italian food at Rosini.

The hotel is located across from the Market square and within walking distance to the river. The hotel is very modern, the room have air conditioning and the beds are extremely comfortable. It does provide a good breakfast.
