Clean and spacious room and really quiet. Sleep was very comfortable. Bar-restaurant open almost all day was a great plus.

The happy hour and breakfast were good. Loved the full sized quilt. Many places in Germany seem to have two single bed quilts on the big beds. Convenient close tram stop that makes getting to Old Town easy.

The hotel is in good condition, clean rooms, elevator, corridors. At our request, our towels and bed linen were changed for free. Our double room had a large bed, it was comfortable to sleep. The staff at the reception was very friendly and hospitable. We were given a comfortable room on the top floor and it was really calm and quiet to sleep. There was no noise from the street, but you could hear other guests slamming their room doors very loudly (but here it is more of an appeal to tourists: "please respect other people and close your room doors calmly and quietly"). We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we come to Heidelberg.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast available and small bar/lounge area. Everywhere was very clean. Rooms were comfortable.

A nice hotel, with very warm staff. Rooms were clean and well kitted. The bathing facilities were amazing. Free parking is available along the road in front of the hotel; however, you need to be lucky to catch a vacant spot. There is ample paid parking in the basement of the hotel.
