The best is the location in the Heidelberg Altstad. Ideal to exploret thetown early in teh morning before the tourist masses invade the town. The reception staff was helful and nice. The breakfast is in a large traditional room.

The room had Wi-Fi and the adjacent building they transferred me to was conveniently located. The receptionists, Ellen and Ines, were kind and helpful. I asked for an iron, and they delivered it quickly with an ironing board, which was very nice.

Hotel is centrally located for walking in the old town. Our room had own terrace to relax outside after a walk in the city.

The hotel offers a prime central location, just a short distance from Schloss Heidelberg. The staff were welcoming and fluent in English. Convenient parking is available both on-site and in nearby areas

The location of the hotel in the old town is excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly with some good advice about what to see in the area. We also ate at the restaurant on the Saturday night and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel for either couples or groups of friends.
