Very clean,wonderfull room,friendly people who work there.One of the best places I've stayed🥰And a view from my room was a beautiful river Neckar🙂 Now I know why Goethe said:"I left my heart in Heidelberg."

It was easy to catch a bus into the town. We were upgraded to a river view room and the receptionist was really helpful. The breakfast was lovely.

Staff were very supportive and friendly. We were upgraded to a larger room with a river view for only a small extra cost and it had everything we needed and was a very good size for the price. We weren't right in the centre of Heidelberg, but it was quieter, which was nice, and it was only a short bus ride into town.
