Staff are very nice and helpful. They kept my luggage before check-in time and after check-out. Great location, close to almost all sightseeing places and good restaurants.

Central location. Right in front of the Old Town square. It may be an old-fashioned hotel, but it was a good-sized room for us 3. Very comfy beds. Quiet at night. Close to a public parking. The exit was quite confusing though -- but not so bad. So many restaurants and shops. Close to the funicular going up the Heidelberg castle.

Great location, right on Marktplatz. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value. When I arrived I was concerned to see the ground floor.was.a.public restaurant/bar, but I had no noise from it.

the location was absolutely amazing !! It's right next to town square! Shops, restaurants and the Schloss castle are all within walking distance which made this hotel perfect for us!
