Surprisingly the bathroom was so good! That's because I'm planning a new bathroom at home! Everything was really very good which helped make my stay wonderful in every way. In particular the staff were very helpful in explaining what to do and to see, where to eat etc.

Superb modern property. Everything is new and fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is okay.

Super location: a 3 minute walk from many buses and trams; 4 minutes to the start of the main pedestrianised street with all shops and tourist spots and leading to castle; lots of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Very modern room. Excellent bathroom lighting. Lovely cafe on the premises (or next door) open till 6.

Bergheim is a small Hotel where everybody cares. Coffee/Cafe at ground level is the heart and works really well. Little bit out of the Old Town but easy walk - for us, that was a good thing!!
