Very clean, modern and comfortable. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Loved our stay here.

The room was a whole unit , we just closed off the extra bedroom . The bed was so comfortable and every thing was so clean . The gardens are so well maintained and interesting pieces of art around the garden. Despite being on the Maroondah Hwy we slept so well as didn't hear a noise. There is a small kitchenette so we were able to make a cuppa and heat up a pizza. It was so nice. Thank you very much Ralph.
