The professionalism of staff members is out of this world!! On arrival we were met with the most grateful and professional people offering us whine and cake while they check on the room making sure it is clean and ready for us. Wow!!! Is the only expression I can give to the beauty of the room, while the the room was so aesthetically pleasing surrounding by nature having a view of the pool and having a place to call your kingdom home for the night. The pool was amazing!! Was even given a towel on arrival to enjoy that magnificent pool and we here offered pool service. All I can say to the manager is well done and bravo to you and your team for making people feel right at home and always being just a phone call way.

The staff were helpful and friendly. We received a very warm welcome. Our room was perfect, it was clean, spacious and beautiful. The gardens and pool area was relaxing and beautiful as well.

Beautifully nestled in the heart of hazeyview. A convenient location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming . Breakfast was a lovely continental buffet.. Not far from the kruger National Park.

The welcome drinks were wonderful, the breakfast is great and the same restaurant is also perfect for evening dinners. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious too.
