We booked a private king lodge, the view was awesome, and we found the pool to be essential in January, and after heavy rain the pool was cleaned early the next morning. The room itself was serviced daily and even the braai was cleaned. All in all 5* self catering in my opinion.

Friendly Staff, nice view. Chalet very well equipped. Extra touches of flower petals on the bed made it special. Very good breakfast!

The private pool feature is definitely the highlight. The camp site area is also a great sight, with the pool overlooking the river. It's honestly a place you'll never get tired of staying at, hence this was my second time staying at the lodge.
