We arrived early and were able to use the pool even though we had not yet checked in. The pool was fine the changing rooms were nice and clean there was a sauna and steam room to try out.

Amazing as always, got a complimentary starter at Carluccio’s. Gave us a pancake off the breakfast menu even though it was lunch.

lounge was very nice and the staff were very accommodating. The room was perfect for what we needed and the spa facilities were relaxing and clean. The staff were very responsive and resolved any issues we had promptly

Staffs are welcoming, polite. The facilities are very good. Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Gym facilities are very good. Good and Drink options are good. Room amenities are perfect and comfortable. Location wise good.

Really friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Convenient for the airport. Clean and tidy. The pool with the steam and sauna is a bonus. Very happy customer
