We really enjoyed our stay here at the mercure hotel, the staff were so friendly & the lunch and dinner was exceptional!! Such a lovely hotel aswell definitely will be coming again.

Very dog friendly - had treats and a toy left in the room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very spacious and has had improvements since we last stayed - freshly painted halls, etc. Conveniently located for family visit in nearby St Helen's.
