The reception staff were very helpful, both before our arrival and during our stay. (I can remember in particular dealing with Jacob, Yuuki and at checkout, with another man whose name begins with 'R'). The rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The location is ideal for my needs i.e. close to trains, trams, shops. Couldn't hear outside noise, the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I have stayed at Quest Hawthorn previously and would choose it again for my trips to Melbourne.
