The room includes a seating area with 2 large chairs. There is a large en-suite bathroom with dressing area, a Victorian roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle.

This room is situated on the first floor with views over the garden and waterfall. The room has antique furniture and a super king-size bed which can be made into 2 single beds upon request. The room includes a seating area with chairs and a coffee table. The large en-suite bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower.

This bedroom has its own private entrance from steps in the garden. The room has a vaulted ceiling, and a super king-size bed can be twin with prior request. The bathroom has a large bath and separate walk in shower. The room includes a seating area with chairs and access to its own outside seating area on the private veranda. Important Note - this room is NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

The manor is beautiful and our room was exceptional - very comfortable bed, a big room and a big bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The room looked exactly like the photos, maybe even better - which is not a common occurrence in my experience. I was surprised by the price compared to the small, cramped rooms you could book in Windermere. If you drive and have a car, I would only recommend to stay here! The little town of Hawkshead is also very cozy and has a few great pubs, shops for home made marmalade, honey and gingerbread! Of course, the hospitality of our hosts had been an absolute highlight of our stay (as well as the breakfast - it’s amazing and the portions are generous and freshly made by the hosts in the morning!).
