great hosts, fantastic location, few miles away from Hawick center, very nice big house with nice atmosphere, peaceful place, very clean and big rooms, great bed, very quiet, nice breakfast, beautiful surroundings, a great place to be.

The hosts were excellent .They engaged with their guests and ensured that everyone felt welcome and at home. The accommodation was cosy and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent too!

Amanda and Simon are fantastic hosts who are very friendly and welcoming, and will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is a comfortable one. The place is very clean and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I will definitely be staying again and would not hesitate to recommend.
