They were able to accommodate us last minute and they do one night stays which is awesome. The kids get to see animals and wake up listening to native birds in the surrounding bush.

The long tree lined driveway is impressive and sets the scene for an enjoyable visit in a well placed lodge. The grounds surrounding the lodge are beautiful, and there was a very relaxed feel about the place. A flowering Daphne bush exudes perfume, especially at night, ensuring its presence was felt when sitting outside. I wasn't able to stay long on this visit, so I didn't get to explore the farm, but I will be back for longer next time and I intend doing going for a hike to properly enjoy the area. I loved the wooden chairs and benches placed outside, and they were comfy to sit in while listening to the early morning birds in the surrounding trees.
