Fabulous apartment - very spacious with great facilities. Bathroom and shower in particular were great. The homestead is less than 10 minutes walk into the village centre - great location to stay. Preferred it to my previous stays in Napier.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in the spacious 2 bedroom annex that has a cute kitchenette that caters to meet basic needs. Clean bathroom/shower. Great communication with owner throughout stay. Appreciate the owners kindness who allowed an extra adult to be added at the last minute. Fairly quiet location. Close to shops. Highly recommend.

Great location, fully equipped with iron, coffee machine, fridge etc. the place is spacious, comfortable, clean, nothing to fault.

Havelock Homestead is a beautiful place to stay. The house is large and spacious. There are multiple spaces to entertain guests or spend time with family inside and outdoors. We were lucky to find this gem as we needed to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The house has 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas, a formal dining room and outdoor dining. The bedrooms are warm, cosy and inviting and the kitchen was amazing! This house would be a great place to holiday with a large group. The grounds were well cared for and added a lovely view from the bedroom windows upstairs. My family and I loved our stay at Havelock Homestead and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in May. Perfect for our family and partners. Location was excellent both for walking into town for a coffee and driving to the surrounding wineries. The house was immaculate and well cared for. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking appliances and utensils. The pool table was definitely well received by all

The annex apartment was fantastic! Comfortable and warm upon arrival, it had everything needed and was much bigger than expected for the 4 of us! Private entrance was a plus, along with its location only a short (less than 5min) walk into the main township of Havelock North.

The place was lovely but really cold you had the heat pumps going quite a bit to heat the house up,. Layout was unusual had to look for laundry it was outside bit cold to go in out of the house, shops and restaurant close by
