• All asymptomatic children below 12 years of age are exempted from RTPCR test to travel to A&N Islands by sea/air route.• People above 12 years of age intending to travel from mainland who are not vaccinated /partially vaccinated against COVID-19 will have to undertake RTPCR test in mainland within 48 hours before commencing such journey to A&N Islands. They will also be tested at Point of Entry.• All asymptomatic passengers undertaking journey to inter island sectors are exempted from any type of COVID-19 testing irrespective of their vaccination status.• All symptomatic passengers travelling from mainland or travelling to inter island sectors must undergo RTPCR testing within 48 hours of commencement of journey irrespective of their age group and vaccination status.• Citizens of Afghanistan, China and Pakistan and foreign nationals having their origin in these countries would continue to require the Restricted Area Permit to visit Andaman & Nicobar Islands. In such cases, the Restricted Area Permit (RAP) would be granted only after prior approval of the Ministry of Home Affairs. If any such national is found visiting these Islands without the Restricted Area Permit, necessary penal action would be taken under the relevant provisions of the Foreigners Act, 1946.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The location was great, so was the size of the room along with the amenities. The view from the room was excellent, the property being situated just at the beach side, giving the feel of having access to a private beach.

We loved everything about this place. Especially how caring and helpful all the staff were. We needed some special care as we met with an accident, and they did everything they could to make us feel supported and comfortable. Special thanks to Selma, Akhil and Indrajeet! Indrajeet was sweet enough to accompany us to the beach with the wheelchair and was very attentive. The rooms are gorgeous, and the beach attached to the property is heavenly - the best beach in Havelock according to us, with turquoise waters and soft sand. Additionally, they pay great attention to reducing single use plastic - they provide wooden combs, toothbrushes, and razors, and toothpaste tablets - things that aren't commonly found in hotels. Overall, our experience at Tilar Silo was exceptional.

It’s a beautifully designed and well kept resort. The views are nice and the room so clean. We had a mediocre (not to say bad) experience before staying here so we cancelled our booking and we went to this resort without a reservation. They took us in after booking through this website and I couldn’t have been happier. The pool was nice, the food was also quite good. All in all was an amazing experience for us.
