Chandwani “Horrific. Unprofessional. Moneyminded. Extremely unhygienic. It’s better to stay in a graveyard than here.”
Nothing. Had blood stains all over the bed sheet and the management was trying to cover it by saying it’s rust marks. Didn’t give me a full refund lost close to 6k on the entire nightmare experience . The agency a2z hotels is one of the most unprofessional agency through which the hotel takes the booking. They expected me to sleep in a room full of hair and blood stains in the bed sheet for a premium price I paid.

I had booked Ac room but hotel staff has given to me Non Ac room no 108. He refused to give ma ac room while I have shown the Booking receipt from booking. Com but he told me that you didn't book room through me so I am not responsible for your booking. He charged Rs. 1500 More for giving Ac room next day. I have bill which i had paid to him in which he mentioned my room no 108. I will complaint to district tourism office South Andaman aa well as I will also contact Consumer forum. Despite the complimentary Breakfast. He charged for this while at the time if check in he confirmed complementary breakfast. He took Rs450 for breakfast he charged Rs150 for a single aloo paratha I asked him that everywhere it offers in pairs means two aloo partha has been given against the rate displayed when he didn't mentioned the number of paratha has been given by him it means it will be two he denied to give. He is cheater he has cheated us through your help. I request you kindly pay back my money which i had paid to you again I had to pay the amount for same services for which i had already paid to you and take proper action against me. Please acknowledge me about your action. If it is not satisfactory I will make complaint in consumer forum.
