I travelled for a work purpose I stayed at the dormitory. Single cozy bed spacious Lovely balcony with tv lounge Clean washrooms Friendly staff willing to give service anytime Overall peaceful stay with awesome food and beer😉 I should mention the pub lovely it was with music and billiard table A lively happening place in Hatton

The staff were exceptionally hospitable and friendly, plus the Indian restaurant food was top rate. There was a well stocked bar for a cool beer, but spirits were unavailable. However, the manager Jey was happy to escort us to purchase a bottle of Bacardi for our personal consumption alongside a soft mixer. The beds were clean and comfortable and the hot water was plentiful providing a good shower experience.

The customer service of the staff; specially the manager Mano and Kiruba was in front line when serving customers with their needs. Also shouldn't forget their food it was tasty and halal foods as well.

Great breakfast and staff were so friendly, helpful and our stay was only for one night but the staff were so attentive to our needs. They arranged for a fan for our room by the evening and great pool table.
