Stop #5 during our 15-day road trip through Sri Lanka, driving our own tuktuk. B.Rose House is a small family-owned accommodation with just a few rooms. Our tuktuk, we could park safely inside the gate. For us, it was perfect for a one-night stay on 22 March, right before catching the train to Ella. The place is only a few minutes away from the railway station, which was ideal because of the early (scheduled) leaving of the scenic train. Despite the early rise, the owners made sure to have breakfast available, which was highly appreciated with the long train ride ahead.
