There were so many facilities included and conveniences such as vending machines on our floor and a shop next to reception. Our room was very large compared to most hotel rooms in Japan and had beautiful views looking over towards the water, we could even see the Itsukushima Shrine Otorii Gate. Our room also had a private onsen on the balcony which was an awesome inclusion!

Good location close to the main shopping area but nice and quiet after the tourists have gone away.

The room was very spacious. It had a "big" balcony with a table and chairs outside. The bathroom had hot water and a nice view. The room itself was also very nice, with a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and instant drip coffee ♥️. In general, there was nothing to complain about, except for the almost non-functioning air conditioning (very, very low fan) and a loud fan located in the ceiling, which was very loud. I couldn't find a way to turn down the ceiling fan.

The place it’s really nice! We didn’t expect to have sento on the place, so we really enjoyed that. The room was super big, compared with all the other Hotels in Japan.

The dinner and breakfast were fantastic. The hot tub in the room was a bonus. Also a very helpful staff member helped all foreigners cook their own meal at dinner. A wonderful asset to have at the resort

The property is beautifully located with views over the town and coast line. Rooms are very comfortable and the facilities are clean and tidy. All the staff were really helpful and ensured we got the most out of short tip.

Chose a room with it's own private onsen. It was stunning. The buffets had amazing selection and the resort has it's own Karaoke room!
