I like the price of the stay here. The staff are easy to contact and always reply. The cleaners are also very helpful with any questions you may have I can not fault the staff here at all. The room did have a shower, but there are other showers available also. The room had a kettle, microwave and a little fridge. I booked 1 week here until my permanent room is ready and I am happy with what I recieved. If someone is looking for a cheap room this is the place to go. People need to remember this is a guest house and not a hotel, as a guest house it's spot on. The only problem I had was the water was to hot in my shower but like I stated earlier other showers are available.

Stayed one night while working in the area and chose The White House Budget Hotel over leading chains like Premier Inn and Travelodge, which were five times the price. At just £35 a night, it was a great deal! The room had a cooker, which made it feel like having my own flat for the night—an added bonus. I did notice a few minor issues, but I informed management, and they were receptive. Having stayed here before, I’ve seen continuous improvements, and they are clearly working towards making the hotel even better. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but for the price, it offers excellent value and a comfortable stay. Would stay again!

I mistakenly booked a single room with shared bathroom but on checking in, I explained to the staff via watsapp and I was immediately reallocated and unsuite room with no extra charge

Generally the property is adequate, it does what it says on the tin, budget rooms,! you have to expect that every room is different, and may not provide you with all amenities that you need. We have stayed here on many occasions and have mixed reviews, however if you are on a budget, NOT ON HOLIDAY! it is an okay place to stay. Do not have huge expectations and you won’t be disappointed, the rooms need updating, the windows need replacing, there really should be a set itinerary for the rooms, so that people know what they should and shouldn’t bring.

The location is central ideal walking distance to galleria town center and university. The rooms are ok depending on the choices Made. The place was neat, heating in place in the room, microwave, kettle and fridge. Bed sheets clean but needs to be changed and room cleaned during a long week stay. You be fine if you come along with your toiletries, towels , disposal plates and say plastic cup, cutlery. I had change of room and extended by stay for 5 five days which was quite helpful indeed. Self checking service ok with rules attached for security.
