I recently had the pleasure of spending Christmas Day at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a festive spirit that made our stay truly special. One of the highlights was the delightful Christmas tree fruit platter and the assortment of Christmas candies waiting for us in our room. The kids were absolutely thrilled when they saw it, and it really added a magical touch to our holiday experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it made us feel comfortable and at home. The kids had an absolute blast at the pool, which was well-maintained and perfect for some holiday fun. I also want to give a special shout-out to Fareeda, one of the staff members. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with a smile. Her warm demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our Christmas stay was a delightful experience filled with joy and laughter. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking to create lasting holiday memories. We can’t wait to return soon!

The cleaneliness of the property was great, the place are so convenience, staff name Mrs Fareeda she so kind, helpful, all the information is very clear and detail. It such a wonderful trip and my family they are so happy.

We were greeted by Ms Fareeda upon our arrival and were given welcome drinks and some fruit. The villa is well equipped and we are impressed with the construction of the villa, which we believe was done with passion. The owner of this villa is very meticulous and understands the needs of guests/travellers as he has provided everything for the villa. The villa has 2 bathrooms which is very convenient for our family. The moment you step into the villa, you will be impressed with the living room which has a big TV (Netflix), coffee machine, snacks and dining table facing the pool. They provided sufficient utensils, microwave and a fridge. The room is on the 1st floor and it's huge, with 2 double king size beds and another big tv. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We really enjoyed ourselves staying at this villa. Ms Fareeda is very kind, helpful and attentive to all our needs. She even helped us with our transport from Padang Besar to the villa (to and fro). To the owner and Ms Fareeda...thank you very much for your excellent hospitality. We will definitely return to this wonderful villa for our next trip to Hatyai.

The host is accommodative. She is quick to respond any questions. The stay was comfortable, it is exactly like the picture. Very near to Central Hatyai mall with waling distance. Many parkings available. The pool is private.
