Nice seaview, good location by the seashore. Reasonable pricing. The room is small but okay fire a short stay. Nice bathroom, but the hot water pressure is low. Steep stairs with no lift.

It was a very nice stay as usual, this is my 3rd time. The place is clean, the room is cozy and has everything you need. Staff very nice and friendly. Looking forward to come back next time.Thank you very much ☺️

The location is great, just by the sea, and some restaurants nearby. You can see the sea just by open the window, the view is so awesome!!!! recommend 3rd floor for a better view. Will definitely visit again in summer.

We got given two separate rooms as my friend had trouble getting up the stairs, so he got given a room which he didn’t have so many stairs to go up which I thought was a very nice thing for her to do

Quiet, wonderful, warm room with beautiful view on the coast and waves. Great bathtub, comfy beds, right in the Centre of Hastings. Wonderful care from host Lady.

The location was perfect right overlooking the sea. My room was better than I expected with a little balcony and I was able to check in early which was so helpful! The owner was very helpful and also let me leave my case the next morning after check out which was also very helpful. I will definitely stay again and I will recommend to others!
