Number 46 offers guests accommodation in the heart of Hastings Town Centre. Ideally situated just a few minutes walk from Hastings rail and bus station, and just a short stroll will bring you into the town centre and about 10 mins walk into the old town, where you will find traditional and modern bars, excellent restaurants, and an eclectic array shops. The seafront is also only a few minutes walk.
Our accommodation is ideal for leisure and business travelers with a choice of room options. The property has a contemporary/classic interior and each of our 7 rooms individually styled and finished to a very high standard offering a premium level of comfort.
All rooms and apartments at Number 46 offer free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, a hairdryer, mini fridge, coffee machine, and a iPod docking station. En-suite rooms are equipped with large towels and toiletries. The one-bedroom apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen.
Number 46 is just a 1-hour drive to Folkestone and Gatwick, and 45 minutes to Brighton via car.

Check in is available from 14:00 - 21:00 every day via a self check-in service. Instructions on this service will be listed in the booking confirmation email sent from Number 46.
Free parking is available outside Number 46 between the hours of 18:00 - 08:00 Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday. Paid parking is available at Priory Street car park, located on the next road. All day free parking is available a short walk from Number 46.
All rooms are serviced daily apart from the apartment which is serviced on the 8th day of a guest's stay.
Double Rooms are not suitable for travel cots, maximum number of guests for double rooms are 2 including children. Family Rooms sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. Apartment/Suite sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
Please note that guests must provide a valid credit/debit card when booking. Number 46 will charge the full amount of the booking 7 days before arrival.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties.
Number 46 is a strictly a non-smoking/non vaping property. Guests are charged a GBP 100 fine if found to be smoking/vaping on the premises.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Lovely property. Very central and beautifully presented room. I was upgraded to a ground floor room which was great. Lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable, quiet and nice dark room. Communication was great and Rick was very friendly.

Everything was beatifully presented, and the owner Rick was very welcoming. It's only a few minutes walk from the train station, and is moments from the shops and seafront.

Warm welcome, cleanliness was exceptional and a quiet B & B too, which is just what I needed. Rick was there to meet me when my booking at another hotel was cancelled at incredibly short notice. He upgraded my room for free - absolutely stellar service. Much appreciated as a solo traveller in a new town and after a long journey.

The hospitality was amazing, I was allowed to drop my bag off early and enjoy an easier time of it exploring the area. I was given a warm welcome with lots of details about places to visit. There were a few improvements being made to the property which I was made aware of but this did not an impact on me - the room was delightful and the bed very comfortable.

Number 46 was beautifully refurbished and Rick was a wonderful host. He greeted us not long after checking in and was very lovely and accommodating. Very convenient location only a few minutes from the station and the rooms are incredible value for the luxury provided.

Our host Rick was absolutely amazing with his friendly manner and fantastic service that he provided us with. The room was to die for, with a modern but homely feel, a fabulous roll top bath by the bay window, separate bathroom and a huge shower, very comfy bed with luxurious bedding. We will definitely be coming back.
