Good location near the centre. Plenty of other options nearby if you don’t want a standard cooked breakfast. Although the room was small it was great value for money. The linen was clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. The staff we welcoming and helpful. 24hr. Parking across from the hotel (but you have to pay)

The Town House Rooms enjoy a great location in the centre of Hastings and immediately above Pissarro's bar and restaurant. The room was clean, well arranged and stocked. The bed was comfortable and the en-suite was larger than anticipated. The breakfast at Pissarro's was superb.
