good location, quite and clean rooms, great staff and service, good breakfast, a/c, hot water (in the second part of the day), courtesy transfers from/to the bus station

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. They helped us enjoy ourselves at the resort and to book socially responsible tours, where elephant safari etc. were directly advised against. The hotel area is super cozy, and its beautiful garden and stylish buildings helps to create a proper safari vibe, though the hotel is merely a hotel/bnb and not a resort. Would definitely recommend visiting this place!

Very friendly staff, taking their time to explain everything about the safari options. Beautiful garden, well maintained. Cozy and neat.
