Diane “Poor most uncomfortable for a very hot weekend we had no sleep due to the stuffy heat filled room”
Room was very dilapidated, dirty and badly stained walls, dirty curtains so very bad, furniture scratched and marked, for a Deluxe Twin it was shocking, The bed was simply not fit for use. It rocked from side to side slipping when you got into it. The mattress was absolutely uncomfortable. You just could not sleep in it. There was no airconditioning the fan provided was of no use. There was no ventilation the window facing in the wrong direction. Carpets not clean and very uncomfortable 2 nights the breakfast was absolutely rubbish. The coffee substandard, the toaster not working properly, the fruit old and dry, there were only hard boiled eggs, and a plate of dry cold meat, the bread too smelled mouldy and dry . Very very poor quality all round. This hotel should be refurbished first while it is closed you cannot provide a quality service under such poor conditions. This is not the Hilton but yet we should be offered some value for our money.

Nice location, hotel has so much potential! Need love and care. The decking area is a mess and could be made to be so nice for not much money spent. The rooms look unloved and tired. Loads of cob webs by the window outside my room 53. Walked into a giant web as I went to open my room on door arrival. Restaurant is dark and dingy. Needs some better lighting and new lighter tables and chairs. The manager needs to wake up and sort it out it could be a great hotel with not much effort.
