Overall good, lovely breakfast, staff lovely, bar area great. Rooms need updating and unfortunately didn’t get a good night’s sleep as the bed was so uncomfortable

Fantastic hotel. Great location but the room was so hot and we couldn’t turn radiator down. It wouldn’t put us off staying again

We were greeted with a warm & friendly smile. We were able to get into our room before checking in. They provided us with a safe place to store our bike. The food was excellent. Especially breakfast with lots of choices. It was in great location, in the town centre of Harrogate. And the staff were friendly and accommodating. The outside of the hotel with heated lights were welcoming to passers-by.

Great location! Spacious room, plenty hot water clean linen & fresh towels. Great breakfast and very friendly host who looked after us very well at breakfast time. Bar dining areas were comfortable and very nice looking. Car park at the rear.

Good location, decent sized rooms and good facilities. Enjoyed a few drinks and some food in the restaurant too. Staff very friendly.
