The room was spotless and luxurious. The complimentary drinks and snacks were appreciated. Our host was welcoming, friendly and happy to tell us more about Harrogate its history. The breakfast was perfect, with a good range of options, two courses including home made bread and a fantastic Full English. We could not fault our stay and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is all cooked to order, nothing is prepared in advance. The little touches in the room make a big difference.

The breakfast was absolutely superb and excellent value for money. Caroline and Nigel were perfect hosts and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we required.
