Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Availability of a free parking permit for the weekend. Sue was lovely and very welcoming.

I received a really warm welcome and help with my bags. My room was on the top floor - compact cosy facilities and exceptionally clean - the bed was really comfy. Conveniently situated for Harrogate Conference center. Can highly recommend, I'm definitely going to return.

Shelbourne is in a great location in easy reach of all the main attraction in Harrogate. My room was warm and cozy and spotlessly clean. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming and, as a lone female traveller, I felt completely safe. I would definitely visit again.

Beautiful clean rooms, bed was extremely comfy and nice size. Even had a tv with all your streaming service needs. Sue is lovely and accommodating

Very convenient location, just 2 minutes walk from the conference centre and easy to walk to the restaurants in the centre of town. High quality cooked breakfasts. And Sue is a very conscientious host: I left my charger at Shelbourne House and she was happy to post it back to me.
