Central location, comfort, small and perfect, homey, elevator/lift, privacy, cleanliness, linens provided, friendly hosts, hospitality, kindness! I was here on holidays from Australia, a very long trip. My flat was ready when I got there, and I could even make a tea. I caught pneumonia, which really killed the vibe. My hosts were super helpful, canceled the cleaning per my request (didn’t want them to get sick and I hadn’t made a mess). I didn’t hire a car, it was easy to have food delivered. Flat was in town, walkable to everything. I think this used to be Jimmy’s nightclub when I lived here. The transformation is amazing. I plan to stay here again next time I’m in town. I will recommend it to my friends staying or moving to Harrogate.

In the town centre. Clear easy instructions on how to enter and get your keys. The rooms are warm and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of crockery and glassware as well as all the pots and pans/ oven trays one might need.

The safety of a secure front door and key lockbox within the lobby (perfect for a solo, female traveller), very friendly and helpful team. Exceptionally clean throughout. The studio was better than expected and location perfect for the Conference Centre. Lots of choice for snacks, drinks & meals within minutes walk, minimart next door. Comfortable bed, warm flat (choice regards temp control). I couldn't fault any aspect, highly recommend.I'll book direct next time.

Our apartment was super. Spotless, with everything you need for a great stay. Really comfy and warm. Lovely big bed which was super cosy. Also terrific location. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
