This was a beautiful hotel and a real pleasure to stay in. Plus it was quiet on the conference side of things hence no issues with other guests.

Lovely room with lovely views. Clean. Quiet (as requested, we had a room in a quiet part of the hotel). Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Great location very near to town centre and reasonable parking chages. Room was nice, excellent tea and coffee facilities and toiletties, but on the 11th floor the shower pressure was very poor. Had to virtually standvagainst the wall to get water on me. Internet was mostly down but it was very windy, unsure if this was the reason. The lifts were literally awful, I have never known such chaos in a hotel waiting for lifts, that took forever to arrive then went up instead of down, and unclear where the stairs were. This needs to be sorted, was actially dreading getting in as who knows what would happen.

Room comfortable and well equipped. I liked having a mini fridge and quality toiletries. Good that there are free road parking facilities close to the hotel. Generally felt safe in the area and the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful

The location was central to all the amenities. The view from the room was beautiful. The room was clean and had all that was needed for a comfortable stay, slippers, bedding, iron,, drinks etc. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Loved the deco and the late bar!
