My daughters and I enjoyed everything about the hotel and hot springs. Highly recommend the walk to the hot spring source and picnic areas.

The pools were amazing but so crowded. Felt unclean with so many unwashed bodies getting in the pool. Suggest mandatory shower before getting in pool....onsen style. Plenty of room for showers beside pools.. Also our bedroom was lovely but the hallways filthy...need more cleaners.!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is right beside the lake. The blanket on bed is very thin like a sheet not good for winter use. Not warm.

I like that the resort is no longer using tiny shampoo bottles, etc, but now provides bulk. Also, they have replaced all the furniture in the main areas with new. Lastly, loads of new Christmas decorations!

The lakeside location was lovely and quiet. 2 restaurants at the resort and several within minutes of the hotel. The hot spring pools in the hotel were spotless and well designed. Parking was close.
