The staff were the best. From check in to bar and restaurant. The pool was great. The restaurant food was delicious. The entire stay was delightful.

Bedrooms have been modernised since our stay last year. Bar food is good and reasonably priced. There is a more formal restaurant too. Lots of parking available. Conveniently located just off the N124 en route to Bilbao.

Having read the reviews I had very low expectations, however I thought the staff were wonderful, it had a family feel to it and the rooms were perfectly ok. We got there 2 hours before the check in time and as our room was ready we could check in. The family who run it are very kind and friendly. We only had a snack (very reasonable) in the bar and white wine which was good and very reasonably priced. Safe car parking so as a stop over I would say it’s really good.

Friendly, food hearty and cheap!!! A good stop-over hotel. Quiet rooms even though it's on a main road.

We enjoyed our one night stay in Haro and we were made very welcome by the hotel staff. The pool was excellent and very welcomed on such a hot day. We ate our evening meal in the hotel and we found it both excellent value for money and the food was lovely. We were made a lovely coffee and food to take with us when we left and again we enjoyed our stay here and the town of Haro and the Wineries were also very good.

Room 126. Pleasant large room overlooking a grassy, vacant space on the side of the hotel. A little smaller than the last one we stayed in here, but still large going by some of the recent ones that we stayed in. Bathroom was re-stocked with toiletries and fresh towels every day, and the room made-up. Check in was quick and easy with the receptionist. Pool was open - yay! Food was superb and freshly made. I think it was more variety than last year and, if my memory serves me rightly, a little cheaper too and prices compared favourably with those over in the town. Wi-Fi was excellent. Very lively town centre on a Sunday afternoon - be prepared to stagger back or take a taxi.
