Very quiet, cozy and picturesque place. A magnificent terrace with a wonderful panoramic view. Convenient parking place. Friendly hosts. Thank them very much for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely come back again!

Third time in 10 years for us at Harlech (Llanfair) although first time as a couple and first time at Maesawel Studio. We already knew the area and it is a lovely part of the country and the studio is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with good views over the bay. We were met by the unassuming but friendly and helpful owner and given a useful tour of the property and told about the facilities and so on. Bed was comfy, shower worked well although water was a little slow to drain due to the hair trap and there was sufficient hot water. TV and wi fi were fine. parking was on street although the owner did offer to move his car and let us park on the drive but this was in a quiet street so no problem on the road.
