The location the room was clean the room service l meant this lady Panashe she was of great help and really helped with a joyful smile as if she knew it was my first to see her and boom l meant again Mr Lawrance this awaiting is amaizing always on time l usually prefer to eat from my room due to some health issues and l would go to the dinner preorder anything l want and it would take long to come to my room but he is always on time last time l have him another name William bt l meant lawrance and the supervisor this gentle on at the door sorry to say this but the old man ( l do not know his name )he is not that old but he will be standing by the cashier at the dining door always puts customers first Service from other members of staff he wat is making me come back

Air conditioning was not working. It's a centralised system. They need to consider individual AC for rooms. The room was carpets, which were a bit stuffy. The bathrooms need a serious renovation they have tubs and no showers Their staff were very helpful and cheerful. Their breakfast was an excellent wide variety, and fresh food probably the good thing about the place. Location is very good it's in the CBD. I had a room on the 14th floor and had beautiful views of an adjacent park Overall it's a 6. Value for money but a lot can be improved on the infrastructure

Comfortable bed, crisp white bed linen and fresh towels. Staff have a "can do" attitude and willing to be of assistance. Food was tasty though it was order pretty late

The location in city centre was perfect. Main road out of town straight out of hotel and on the Mutare Road. Exercise/Health Suite was open 24/7. All equipment works, after-all some of the staff used it which is testimony to the services they provide. Often staff who work at a place shun using those very services they provide. Room service was also quite helpful, especially with the drinks choices. Gin with Indian Tonic water chased by a Zambezi Beer went down a treat. To make transactions easier, may I suggest opening a tab. Saves on fumbling for money. Ample parking space both in basement if you get there early or outside parking. I would also suggest an early morning walk around the streets before they become too busy. So much to see without human disruptions. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Thanks to Clive head of service and also David and Mufaro at Reception. Deputy Manager , sorry didn’t get your name, for making my checkout smooth. Will I return. Definitely!

The fact that when l found out that the room allocated was too far away from the elevator as l wasn't feeling too well they had no problem giving me a room just by the elevator which was very convenient

The breakfast was excellent. The location is very good. The property is old and needs updating. The staff were very friendly. The facilities are also old and need upgrading to meet modern trends.
