Binh who manages the property is amazing! He was so helpful and kind. Binh would always respond if I had a question about something. Where this property is located in a semi-quiet area, very quiet at night and is walking distance from the famous train station that most tourists come to check out in Hanoi. This is a fantastic apartment for solo travellers or young couples without kids. I will absolutely come stay here again if I return to Hanoi. I can't recommend it enough!

The host was super friendly, made us feel very welcome and was very helpful during our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, bed was big and comfy and apartment was sufficiently equipped as advertised. Zody house was located within walking distance from the old quarter and all main activities and the hustle and bustle. Washing machine on the balcony with washing detergent was an added bonus. Thank you! Would highly recommend staying here!

The location was great, quite central. There was washing machine and dryer which makes it really convenient for a long stay. Host was always available and communication was smooth.

The location was excellent. Close to everywhere I planned on going. It was a 7 minute walk to the famous train street where I often went to have a few drinks and something to eat. Also, Hanoi in June means changing shirts two to three times every day and the washing machine was therefore a huge plus.

Really nice apartment with super comfortable bed in a pretty quiet street just outside of old quarter. Everything within walking distance. Communication with Binh the owner was really easy. Checkin is very flexible and they provide free water

Fantastic location for accessing the Old Quarter and West Lake. Terrific local eating. Our host gave us recommendations and a map of the area which was really helpful and worked well for us. We checked in very late (delayed flight) and were greeted by the cleaner to provide easy access - a very kind gesture. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a balcony with city views, plenty of storage and a well set up kitchen (which we didn't use as the local food is so good). Quiet area. Great for walking.
