Having a big, comfortable and functional space after 2 weeks of travel was amazing! Having the kitchen, laundry capability, luxurious bathrooms and proximity to all ‘the action’ was what we needed!

It was right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with plenty of restaurants and vibrant nightlife. The room itself had everything you'd find at home - very comfortable and clean.

We all had a lovely stay at WECOZY, would stay there again and would recommend the hotel to family and friends. Well appointed rooms, everything we needed. Checking in was easy, Great location, 3 way food street, a great little bar PUKU open 42/7 straight out the front door and Train street 2 minute walk. Will be staying here again if returning to Hanoi.

Huge three bedroom apartment, split level, massive master bedroom. Clean, well maintained and in a great spot for local food. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

The location is top-notch. I doubt you can get a better + bigger room in the budget that is as well located as this particular property. My biggest worry was the noise from the trains but I slept well enough to not be bothered by it at all. The hosts are wonderful and speak perfect English to communicate with complete ease. There were a whole bunch of eateries within 100 metres of this place that I genuinely didn't need to venture out for food except for certain specific meals. Liked the fact that I had a washing machine in my room, after 11 days in Vietnam, we needed it!

Location was excellent. Very convenient to find good food, and close to Hanoi attractions. A comfortable place to rest after sightseeing, and we all slept well. We also had problems with our arrival flight, Wecozy were very helpful with the adjusted arrangements, including the receipt of our delayed luggage. Staff were really helpful.
