Very nice place and great helpful staff. We extended our stay with one night and even got a small discount. We had a big room on the 7th floor with windows and even though we could hear sounds from the streets is wasn’t loud at night. It’s very quiet compared with all other places I’ve stayed in Hanoi.

The customer service was excellent, particularly Travis at the front desk went above and beyond, warmly greeting us and offering ideas on what to do in the area. Additionally he checked in with us multiple times with us with warmth, kindness and interest as we came in and out. The facilities were comfortable and room service did a great job. Everything was as advertised. Stayed 4 nights

Staff were very helpful and nice. You can organise lots of tours from here and the staff were really accommodating and helpful with this. Good location with some nice restaurants nearby. About 10/15 minute walk to the old quarter.

Excellent value for money, basic hotel, clean and comfortable. Good location, close to train street, old town and other amenities. Staff were helpful and even gave a free room upgrade!

It’s located in a good location in Old Quarter. The price is ok for the hotel. We just used the hotel to sleep for 1 night.

Great small hotel in perfect location, staff were very nice, older room interiors but very comfortable and for the price we paid a fabulous choice, everything close by for sightseeing in every direction, would definitely stay again when in hanoi.
