Very comfortable and pleasant room, good value, very helpful and professional staff. I was particularly grateful that the staff made extra efforts to establish a good wifi connection in my room (after I told them I needed a strong internet connection for a work call) - thank you! The location is fantastic, too - just round the corner from a couple of really good shopping/restaurant streets, bang in the centre of the Old Quarter, easy walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and pretty much anything else you might realistically want to see in the Old Quarter. At the same time it's in a quiet alley away from the noise of the main street, which in a noisy city like Hanoi is much appreciated!
