“Calm space in the middle of everything”

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was a nice calm space to retreat to. Because of its off street location, the hotel was lovely and quiet, despite being smack bang in the middle of a city known for its noisy streets. Staff were great and very helpful. The family who run the hotel live there themselves so there's always someone around to offer assistance etc.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Hanoi! The location in the heart of the Old Town was absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet wonderfully peaceful due to the no-car access. It felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The family-owned atmosphere made the experience even more special. The service was impeccable; every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always happy to assist with anything I needed, from local tips to arranging transport. The warm and personal touch, combined with the quiet, central location, made this hotel a standout choice. I couldn’t recommend it more and would definitely return!

Very comfortable place for a 2 nights stay, they have excellent airport pick up service with reasonable price, as we arrived in Hanoi at night, so we feel pretty safe using their service. We also bought night sleeper bus with them and they kept our baggages safe after we check and go back at night to take the night bus to Sapa, quite efficient. Over all, very good service.
