The property was clean and in a great central location. The room was comfortable and the breakfast provided by the family for a small extra price was excellent.

Brilliant room, very clean with an excellent bathroom and private terrace. Awesome staff, very supporting in arranging the tour in Hanoi and different trips in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked several buses, halong bay and train tickets through them which made it very easy. Highly recommend As they weee full on our return they even haled arrange an alternative

Great hotel, staff were so helpful. My friend who was not booked into the hotel was sick and the staff were very helpful in booking a room for her and even made her a cup of ginger tea. I would definitely stay here again. The room was also comfy and nice and the location was great too.

Location was great, very close to shops and restaurants but also pretty quiet. The staff were great, and there was an elevator so I didn't have to carry my suitcases all the way to the top floor.
