A hotel in a prime location, right in the old quarter but could not hear outside noise in the rooms which was good. The room had everything we'd need and staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was a really bad smell from the drains at times, and there is no natural light as there are no windows.

Location is fantastic in the old Hanoi, easy walking distance to sights. The street has a little less traffic than the other streets. Staff are helpful assisting with questions and directions. Peaceful retreat from the noises of Hanoi.
