A hotel with all what you need and a nice view from the Café. Located in a less busy area at the river. Win Market is close as well. The koi pond is nice and lovely to watch.

I love that location. It's maybe NOT ideal for tourists, but i'm not a tourist, i know hanoi inside out and Gia Lam is my fav part of the city. And here's the thing - if all you're expecting here is a Vietnamese Nha Nghi - then this hotel is perfect and for a nha nghi, i'd even say high-end of the scale! Everything's there, not too expensive, normal price, all is good! BUT...

The location is close to the city center and many decent restaurants nearby. The staff are extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The views from the rooms are nice and the coffee shop is good. Excellent value for money! I always stay here when I am in Hanoi.

the location is 8 mins by bike to the old quarter which is great if you're looking to stay away from the noise, the river's beautiful too. they have bikes for rent

I enjoyed staying here. It’s not in the center, but I loved getting a grab around-so easy and cheap. Great neighbourhood, less chaotic and still lots happening. Service was good. Would have liked a few more room cleans since I stayed so long. I did ask and received them!
