Room was lovely, overlooking the street in front of the hotel. The breakfast and the location of the hotel was great. Guests should know that there is a restriction on coaches coming into the old city (we think in the morning), so when booking an excursion the tour guide will suggest another pick up point. It's not a problem, but we found street names are confusing, and the mostly young staff at hotels would just suggest "google maps". The solution is to take a very cheap taxi or tuk-tuk to the nearby Opera House where there are many picks ups. The staff were all terrific, and couldn't be more helpful.

This hotel is an oasis of calm, in the heart of Hanoi’s bustling old quarter. Perfectly situated for the sites and shopping. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure our trip had the best start possible, and we’re very grateful for the thoughtful touches to mark our honeymoon. Our room was comfortable and a good size, with a view of St Joseph’s Cathedral. The views from the skybar and pool are stunning.

Excellent hotel in an ideal location, walking distance from the main sights in Hanoi Old Quarter. The staff, led by Brian, were hospitable and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Tony, the bellboy, even delivered us to our train in person and was there to help every step of the way. Can't wait to stay here again when we're back in Hanoi

Fabulous positioning! Quiet room without a street view was perfect! Staff incredibly helpful and wonderful breakfast. Comfortable room. We think the price point was a little too high compared to the other accommodation we had in Vietnam and comparing the room sizes and amenities

Our stay was perfect! The staff are incredible - truly going out of their way to help and make your stay perfect! They made suggestions on what to see and do and really made us feel welcomed. Our room was lovely and they gave us the sweetest gift for our Honeymoon. The hotel and facilities were just stunning and in such a great location for exploring. Can not recommend higher!
