Awesome facilities - big, spacious lockers behind every bed, so there is no need to even climb down to access your things if you're staying on the top bunk. Key cards for the room (extra security). Toilet outside the room, so there was no noise for sleeping guests when somebody showers early in the morning or late at night. The bed frames are wooden and solid, so make no noise when climbing up/down. They have laundry machines downstairs, which are fairly priced, and the return rate is quick. Most of the staff were friendly (especially Mike). It was very clean everywhere, with the bathrooms being regularly washed. There is a big common area downstairs, but not many guests used it (probably because the beds/rooms were more comfortable 😂)

The price is really good, they do laundry super quick, they arrange tours and bookings, the place is clean and usually quiet, the terrace is really nice 👍

Security key card to enter rooms. Showers had soap. The location is nice. The laundry service is good in terms of quality and efficiency.

The room is clean and its on the strategic location. You can request to the staff to assist you to bring your belonging to the room/floor above. You can book for the car to depart to airport even in very early morning. You can book D-1 before if your airport car on the early morning

Tabala Hanoi Hostel is located in the heart of Old Quarter. There is no kitchen, but hostel has tiny electric kettle to boil water for tea or noodles. Bed with socket, light, fan and locker was comfortable. Hair dryer in the bathroom was good considering chilly weather outside. ATM, money exchange offices, massage salons, shops and restaurants are around the hostel. Travelers were not so sociable. Everyone was hiding in his/her dorm bed, not socializing in the common area near entrance. Free Wi-Fi internet worked very well in the hostel. Hostel team was very helpful with transportation and recommendations.
