Location great , close to everything! Couldn’t hear traffic . Near train street , the lake -easy walk. Hana booked our tours ( whilst we were in Australia) and was very helpful. Staff were excellent . Communication with Hana was fantastic especially with delayed flight. Room cleaned every day.

Really great location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Walking distance to the Lake and the Night Markets. We also really loved how big our room was, we staying in the Suite with Balcony and were impressed by how big the space was (60sqm)

Excellent location making to easy to walk around the Old Quarter. Staff were very friendly, helpful & professional, speaking good English. The room was a good size and very quiet, with a comfortable bed & pillows. The roof top pool was a nice space just to sit for a while, even if it was too cold for a swim. All amenities were provided and it met the description & photos

had a wonderful stay at SQ Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to answer any questions I had about the area and offering great recommendations for local tours and attractions. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter, providing easy access to everything the area has to offer.

Personal was very friendly and helpful with questions and airport taxi organisation. Big choice at breakfast. Large room and very quiet room despite location directly beside busy street (had bad experience in other hotels in Vietnam beside street with honking and car noises)
