Peter and Ding in reception couldn’t have been more helpful. From booking all our transfers to the airport to arranging all aspects of our trips to ha long bay and ha giang to keeping our extra luggage after check out while we explored the city waiting for our late flight! Lovely hotel in a great location and exceptional service/ staff :)
