Hannah was so helpful and welcoming. We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect, right next to the lake and old town. The room was comfortable but simple.

Hannah and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome. When I met Hannah she gave me a huge hug, which was just so nice! Full of suggestions, happy to help with laundry, storing luggage and anything to make your trip easier. The room was perfect for what we needed.

Hotel is right in the center of Hanoi perfect location if you don’t have a lot of time to visit as you have almost everything close. The room was nice and spacious, the staff of the hotel was so nice and kind they assured we had the best stay, recommended places to visit and eat, they answered all our questions and doubts. Staff kindly let us leave our bags the last day after checkout and arranged taxi for the airport Really recommend this hotel! We will definitely be back 🇻🇳❣️

Flora was lovely and sorted out a tour, a power outage because of our faulty phone charger and booked more accommodation for post our tour. Great location and would recommend 🙏

Cozy place, perfect for couples, mountains all around with a stunning view. 10 min walk to Tam coc center. Pool. Clean rooms Good AC Comfortable bed. Mini fridge to store your water or beer. The owner is great! Really helpful! Me(35m) and my wife 35(f) couldn't recommend this place more!

Nice boutique hotel, plenty of really hot water and comfortable bed , in quiet street.. only 2 mins walk to lake and night market
